Job Overview: Rise Executive Search & Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to manage the sales territory across central England and South Wales, focusing on industrial electrical connection solutions, switchgear, power distribution, and ATEX products.

About the Role: As a successful Area Sales Engineer, you will build upon existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with distribution partners. Your primary goal is to sell the company's portfolio of high-quality industrial electrical connection solutions, control stations, and ATEX products to end users, OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, distributors, and wholesale resellers across various industry sectors.

Your Background: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong technical sales background in the electrical industrial sector. You should have a proven track record of selling electrical products and components, identifying suitable projects and targets, achieving specification or preferred supplier status, and dealing with consultants and major contractors.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and commercial acumen. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
