Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough client needs and risk assessments for all referrals
  • Providing individualized resettlement support to clients within a hostel environment
  • Ensuring clients comply with their tenancy agreements
  • Supporting clients with welfare rights, budgeting, employment, education, and training
  • Developing links with the local community
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication systems
  • Recording Health and Safety incidents and accidents
  • Adhering to agreed organization policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Proven track record of providing information, advice, and guidance to clients
  • Basic IT knowledge suitable for an office environment
  • Knowledge of basic housing management tasks, including rent collection, tenancy agreements, and arrears management
