Transformative Tax Leadership Opportunity

**About the Role**

STOIX | B Corp® is seeking a visionary tax leader to drive the transformation of our tax function. As the new Head of Group Tax, you will play a critical role in shaping our global tax strategy and ensuring compliance across the group.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with business objectives
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
* Provide strategic tax advice to support business growth and M&A activity
* Oversee tax compliance, mitigating risks and ensuring accuracy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external advisors

**Requirements**

* CTA (or equivalent) qualification and extensive global tax experience
* Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing tax teams
* Strong understanding of tax implications of complex business structures
* Experience in managing tax risks and compliance in a global organization
* Significant experience in dealing with tax authorities and advisors
