We are seeking a visionary tax leader to join our dynamic team at STOIX | B Corp® as the Head of Group Tax. Reporting to the Group Director of Tax & Treasury, this role offers a unique chance to drive tax transformation and establish best-in-class processes within a thriving, international business.

• Develop and execute a global tax strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide strategic tax advice to support business growth and M&A activity.
• Oversee tax compliance across the group, mitigating risks and ensuring accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Drive tax efficiency initiatives and leverage technology to optimize processes.

• CTA (or equivalent) qualification and extensive global tax experience.
• Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing tax teams.
• Strong understanding of tax implications of complex business structures.
• Experience in managing tax risks and compliance in a global organization.
• Significant experience in dealing with tax authorities and advisors.
• Treasury experience is desirable.
