**About the Role**

STOIX | B Corp® is seeking a visionary tax leader to drive strategic growth and innovation within our FTSE 50 listed organization. As the new Head of Group Tax, you will lead the tax function's transformation, establishing best-in-class processes and procedures to optimize tax efficiency and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute the global tax strategy, aligned with business objectives and driving growth through tax optimization
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
* Provide strategic tax advice to support business expansion and M&A activity, mitigating risks and ensuring accuracy
* Oversee tax compliance across the group, leveraging technology to optimize processes and minimize risks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external advisors, driving tax efficiency initiatives

**Requirements**

* CTA (or equivalent) qualification and extensive global tax experience
* Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing tax teams, with a strong understanding of tax implications of complex business structures
* Experience in managing tax risks and compliance in a global organization, with significant experience in dealing with tax authorities and advisors
* Treasury experience is desirable
