We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our Cambridge North City Nursing Service. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and interventions to patients in their own homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes, working independently and as part of a team.
- Assess patients' needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Organise and manage your own time, delegating work appropriately and prioritising tasks to meet service needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely written records are kept, complying with Trust policy and NMC guidance.
