About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our Cambridge North City Nursing Service. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and interventions to patients in their own homes, working closely with the wider team to ensure patient-centered care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes, following a plan of care based on their specific needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues, using tact and persuasive skills.
  • Organize and manage your own time, delegating work appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate and timely written records are kept, complying with Trust policy and NMC guidance.

Requirements

  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
  • Experience of in-patient services and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Basic level of dealing with service users with complex health needs.
