Fire and Security Systems Engineer Opportunity

Marlowe Fire and Security, a leading provider of fire and security solutions, is seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in fire and security systems to maintain and repair our clients' systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain fire and security systems in assigned areas.
  • Respond to service calls on all types of fire and security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in assigned areas.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits.
  • Maintain stock levels with support from the Stores team.
  • Attend training sessions as and when required.
  • Attend engineering team meetings as and when required.
  • Identify personal training and development needs to provide the best possible customer service.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with a technical background in the electrical/electronic industry and good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems. Experience of front-line customer contact is preferred, as is excellent organisational skills and a professional and presentable demeanor.
