Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Client Support Coordinator to join our team at Allegis Group. As a key member of our Field Support Group, you will provide top-notch customer service to our contractors and internal teams.
You will be responsible for managing contractor queries, updating records on Allegis Internal systems, and supporting the Time and Expense Associate with adjustment processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
About the Role:
- Job Title: Client Support Coordinator
- Reports to: Business Support Manager (BSM)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Contractor Queries: Act as sole point of contact for all contractor queries and proactively seek solutions
- Data Entry: Responsible for data entry, validation, and integrity for all information entered into Allegis Internal systems
- Contractor Records: Update and maintain contractor records on Allegis Internal systems and Salesforce
- Time and Expense: Supports the Time and Expense Associate with the adjustment process
