Job Summary:
">This role involves working with HR systems, including Cascade and IPOS, to ensure efficient and secure management of employee data. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS and be able to support colleagues during periods of change.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage HR systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with the People Team to implement effective solutions for HR processes
- Analyse data and insights to inform business decisions
- Support colleagues through change management initiatives
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of Office 365
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will have experience of HRIS, particularly Cascade, as well as dealing with sensitive employee information and data analysis skills. A salary of £36-41k + benefits is on offer for this role.
