We are seeking an experienced PFI Asset Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited in the North East sector. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day asset management operations across a diverse portfolio of PFI assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with PFI standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Conduct regular reviews and reporting of facilities management contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering a collaborative environment that drives business growth and success.
  • Oversee the timely completion of regional reports and information, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
  • Monitor project finances, manage contract variations, and ensure financial efficiency, making informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic management support for FM operations, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and oversee planned technical works to ensure standards are met, maintaining the highest level of quality and excellence.

Requirements
