We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a Fire and Security Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fire and security systems in our customers' premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair fire and security systems in accordance with current standards and customer requirements.
- Respond to service calls and plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
- Communicate effectively with customers and maintain effective communication with the stores team.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Identify personal training and development needs to provide the best possible customer service.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a technical background in the electrical/electronic industry and good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems. Experience of front-line customer contact is preferred, as well as excellent organisational skills and a professional and presentable demeanor.
