About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join our team in the South East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Fire and Security systems, responding to service calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements
  • Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems
  • Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits
  • Communicate effectively with customers and maintain effective communication when planning site visits
  • Maintain stock levels with support from the Stores team
Requirements
  • Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry
  • Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security systems
  • Experience of front-line customer contact preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professional and presentable demeanor at all times
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer service
