About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior ICT Technician to work closely with the Network Systems Manager in overseeing the IT infrastructure and systems across our two campuses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to staff and students.
Key Tasks- Providing technical support to staff and students.
- Assisting with software and hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintaining and developing IT systems across both campuses.
- Collaborating with the Network Systems Manager to maintain a stable and efficient IT infrastructure.
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual who can effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in IT, proven experience working in an IT environment, and strong communication skills.
