We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Technician to join our client in the Education sector. This is a great opportunity for an IT Support Analyst with 3+ years of experience looking to work in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Managing O365, Windows Desktop 10/11, Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and VMWare systems
  • Resolving complex technical issues using strong analytical skills
  • Providing top-notch customer service
  • Applying experience in the education sector to drive business success
  • Maintaining at least 3 years of IT support experience

Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells (full-time onsite)

Salary: £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience

This position offers fully funded training and certifications, private health care, 28 days annual leave increasing with length of service, a 40-hour working week, and enhanced pension contributions.
