Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Primary Interventions Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Chester-le-Street. The successful candidate will engage and motivate learners, utilizing their skills and knowledge to enhance the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver small group interventions to students in Years 1-4,
• Work collaboratively with teachers to identify areas of need and develop targeted plans,
• Apply your expertise to create a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of supporting primary-aged children, particularly those with SEND,
• Passionate about education and committed to pupil progress,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

Salary and Benefits:
£21,786 - £22,167 per annum based on 40 hours per week,
