About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. You will be the face of our brand, and your energy and enthusiasm will be contagious.

As a key member of our team, you will be trained across all key areas of the centre, including customer service, food and beverage, and event hosting. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that every customer has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
