Care Delivery Expert

**The Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Care Delivery Expert to join our Care in the Home division at Active Care Group. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients with complex needs, working closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete competency-based training, delegate approved clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers, and ensure Personal Care Plans are up-to-date and compliant with our protocol.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex needs, adhering to our protocol and guidelines.
- Delegate approved clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment.
- Conduct regular observations of Support Workers and Care Managers to ensure they meet our standards.
- Liaise regularly with ICBs or client's care funders and communicate risks within care packages on a daily basis.
**Requirements:**
- A current NMC Pin registration.
- A legal right to work in the U.K.
- A full driving licence with your own vehicle.
- Skills and knowledge around Vents, Bowel and Bladder management.
