You will join our Nelson home, a dedicated service for young people requiring therapeutic placements. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting domestic needs, education, socialization skills, and participating in enjoyable activities and excursions with our young people.
We seek individuals who share our passion for exceptional care, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. While a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare or equivalent experience is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of £30,672 to £31,294 per annum*, along with opportunities to earn overtime at an enhanced rate. We also cover the costs of required checks and adhere to relevant regulations.

- A current full driving license issued in the UK is necessary for this role.
