About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical and Mental Wellbeing Expert to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. As a specialist in occupational therapy, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support physical, mental, and social well-being.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective monitoring of progress.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Design and lead group therapy sessions and workshops aimed at skill development and community reintegration.
  • Utilize adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to enhance clients' functional abilities.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff, caregivers, and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, interventions, and client progress.
  • Prepare reports for funding bodies, referrals, and case conferences as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in adult mental health or physical rehabilitation settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention plans.
