We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee shifts and manage staff assignments to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Conduct medication procedures and ensure accurate administration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role or relevant experience in health and social care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
