About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Senior Retail Team Leader in Felixstowe. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience of merchandising, stock rotation, and customer service. You will be highly organised, effective, and efficient in your work, with excellent communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities:

This role involves working effectively to maximise income for the shop and promote the work of YMCA within the local community. You will deputise for the store manager when needed and contribute to the success of our store through strategic planning, inventory management, and team leadership.
