About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Practice Nurse to join our clinical team, providing high-quality nursing services to patients across the practice list.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide nursing services to patients during consultations
- Assess patients' needs and provide advice within their professional competence
- Screen and treat patients as required
- Work autonomously and undertake variable duties of a general practice nurse
- Participate in clinical decision-making processes within the practice
