Clinical Lead for Innovative Education Services

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group in Newton Abbott, Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with our Clinical Team and contribute to the development of innovative education services.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, pro-rata, depending on experience. In addition, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and access to a wide range of health and wellbeing support services.
The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or a related field, and be registered with the HCPC. You will also have experience working with individuals with complex needs, such as autism and neurodivergence, and possess excellent report writing and communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans, and coordinating line management. You will also contribute to staff training and consultation, and play a key role in developing the clinical service.
