Job Title: Special Needs Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Support Worker to join our team at Booker Park School. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience working with children who have special educational and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual education and personal care plans.
  • Attend to personal hygiene needs and administer medicines as required.
  • Work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience of working with children who have special educational and complex needs.
  • Good working knowledge of ICT.
  • Commitment to training and professional development.
