Senior Care Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and caring Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of care assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals
- Administer medication and record relevant information accurately
- Conduct regular risk assessments to maintain a safe and healthy environment
**Requirements:*
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 3)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in leading and supervising teams
- Understanding of care planning processes and procedures
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
**Salary:** Up to £14.60 per hour
**Location:** West Parley, Ferndown, Dorset, England
