Marshall and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marshall and Safety Specialist to join our team in North Scotland. As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of large-scale civil engineering, renewables, and roadworks projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in site coordination, safety management, or marshalling, and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Marshall and Safety Specialist will include:
- Coordinating site operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing site personnel and equipment
- Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks on site
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus paid annual leave, sick pay, and opportunities for professional development.
