Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Safety Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the general public on our construction sites.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in site safety, particularly in the construction sector. You will be responsible for preparing and managing site safety arrangements, monitoring and implementing procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Additionally, you will conduct site inspections and audits, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage site safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure site safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on site safety performance.

Requirements:
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
  • CSCS/ SMSTS/ SSSTS qualification.
  • Previous experience in construction site safety, preferably with a reputable contractor or developer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £25000 per year.
