About the Role

Rullion Limited is seeking a skilled Health and Occupational Risk Specialist to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be based in the North of Scotland and will work closely with internal stakeholders and construction partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • To improve Health & Safety (H&S) performance, fostering a strong positive H&S culture within the organisation.
  • To work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and construction partners to drive H&S improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in improving Health and Safety performance and will be able to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills. A salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the safety of employees and the success of the Capital Investment Programme.
