Nursing Director Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Nursing Director to join our team at County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of adult care services in our trust.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills and experience as a Nursing Director. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the needs of adult patients.
  2. Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  3. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Maintain accurate records and comply with departmental policies and procedures.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid NMC registration and have a strong understanding of adult care principles and practices. Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
