Nursing Home Director Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Director to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a medium-sized care facility in Derby.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a team of professionals to provide high-quality care to residents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a nursing qualification (RGN/RMN), and extensive experience working with dementia and elderly care.
Key Responsibilities:- To manage and develop a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- To ensure the home meets the high standards set by our organization.
- To market and promote the home to attract new residents and staff.
- To work closely with local authorities and governing bodies to maintain a good reputation.
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is approximately £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect flexible working hours, free meals on shift, annual leave package, and other benefits.
