As a leader of our care home, your primary responsibilities will be:
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
• Maintaining the highest standards of care for all residents
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the home
• Driving recruitment and retention efforts
• Upholding the company's ethos and values

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a registered nurse with a valid PIN, have strong knowledge of CQC standards and the NMC Code of Practice, and possess experience in person-centred care planning.
