The Perfect Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to lead our enrichment activities program at The New Lodge Nursing Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging activities that enhance the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests and abilities of residents.
  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure seamless delivery of activities and optimal resident engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff to promote upcoming events and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity participation and outcomes to inform future planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative activity ideas.
  • Experience in leading teams and motivating others.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures.

What We Offer

A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including paid annual leave, training and development opportunities, and a generous pension scheme.
