Nursery Assistant Role in Nottingham

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Assistant to join our team in Nottingham, NG5. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Job Description:
  • Lead Enriching Activities: Plan and implement engaging activities that stimulate children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a safe and supportive atmosphere that fosters children's curiosity and love for learning.
  • Collaborate on Curriculum Implementation: Work closely with colleagues to design and deliver age-appropriate educational activities, aligning with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster Positive Relationships: Develop strong bonds with children, parents, and caregivers, ensuring open communication and mutual respect.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and monitor children's development, providing constructive feedback and support to parents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education Passion: A genuine dedication to early childhood education and child development, driving your passion for creating a nurturing environment.
