  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

    • Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues, families, and students to ensure seamless support and progress monitoring.
  • Essential Qualifications and Skills:
    • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant experience in early childhood education.
    • Demonstrate expertise in the EYFS framework and its application in the classroom.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers to foster a collaborative and supportive community.

This position comes with a competitive salary package estimated at £30,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
