Job Role: Intraday Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intraday Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Yü Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of field operatives supporting the installation of smart meters, warrants, and RPU visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field operatives to ensure the successful delivery of smart meter, warrants, and RPU visits.
  • Collaborate with energy suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the field operatives, including delivery of supplier expectations and job outcomes.
  • Identify instances of energy theft using data interrogation techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and remain calm in challenging situations.
