About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Time Advisor to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including work allocation, customer expectations, and job outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of SMETS2 products and the metering industry.
  • Close collaboration with customers, field operatives, and energy suppliers to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Effective management of day-to-day operations, including work allocation, delivery of customer expectations, and jobs outcomes.
  • Accurate recording of information and ability to work with multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Maintenance of an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from line manager and/or colleagues when required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills and excellent telephone manner.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, particularly in time and diary management.
