**Job Title:** Senior Spa Therapist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Group. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a team of Spa Therapists, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, mentor, and support Junior Spa Therapists
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures
  • Liaise and support the Spa Manager
  • Provide professional, high-quality service to clients
  • Ensure the proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist in promoting spa services and products
  • Maximise revenue opportunities

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours
