We are excited to announce a new job opportunity at Motorway Online Ltd for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Strategic Account Manager. This role offers a unique chance to join a fast-growing scale-up and make a significant impact on our sales growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior sales, account management, partnership success, or business development, with a proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth across partner accounts. They will be an expert in solution selling, pipeline management, and complex corporate account engagement at C-suite/board level, with a deep product/service understanding and ability to develop expertise.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to balance short-term responsiveness with long-term strategic focus. You will work closely with our internal teams, including product, to share dealer feedback and shape innovative solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth and profitability across our dealer partner network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives of the UK's largest dealerships.
  • Communicate the Motorway value proposition, tailored to the specific needs of dealerships.
  • Secure dealers' commercial commitment to Motorway and achieve sales growth targets.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a fantastic commission structure, BUPA health insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working options, including the opportunity to work remotely for a month per year.
