Accounting and Partnership Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Partnership Specialist to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for providing business partnering support to our endowment teams and performing accounting tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Develop and maintain effective relationships with endowment teams to improve mutual knowledge and financial understanding.
- Accounting and Reporting: Perform accounting tasks for property and financial investing activities, including preparing regular financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Data Insight and Integrity: Conduct rigorous analysis of financial data to derive insights and offer recommendations for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Salary Range: An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
