About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to lead our Operational Technology Go To Green Plan, ensuring that value and directorate objectives are met through effective delivery and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Operational Technology teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless interfaces.
  • Manage technology delivery and changes, focusing on tangible business outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to IT/business strategy, compliance requirements, policy, and standards.
  • Analyze problems, take action, and progress issues to resolution.
  • Provide regular updates on performance and progress against the OT Go to Green Plan.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering value in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to provide information in a logical and consistent manner.
  • Understanding of IT products, services, and systems.
  • Ability to work in environments undergoing change, adapting to iterative and adaptive approaches.
  • Understanding and experience of running successful delivery within a team.
