Your Role: Making a Difference as Senior HR Manager International

This challenging position requires a skilled and experienced HR professional to drive the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and include responsibility for personnel files, benefits, and international HR initiatives in our international locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support sustainable growth and enhance benefits programs for our global employees.
  • Partner closely with the HR team to continuously enhance HR practices across our international locations and provide support for various international HR initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for external payroll providers outside the DACH region, ensuring seamless monthly payroll processes.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, references, and other necessary documentation.
  • Lead HR projects focused on Compensation & Benefits, Target Management, and Performance Reviews, optimizing employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel to advise management on labor and contractual issues, ensuring best practices across international locations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of international labor law and relevant commercial qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally with a focus on international employment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels confidently.
  • Organizational abilities and a structured approach to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a willingness to learn new HR systems.
