School Estates Support Specialist: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the maintenance of our school facilities. Key responsibilities include setting up for events, managing parking, supervising contractors, reporting defects, collaborating with the Estates team, and performing manual work.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be required to set up for school events, manage car parking during events, supervise contractors and visitors, report defects and hazards, collaborate with the Estates team, and perform manual work. Shifts will be based on a rota system, with occasional weekends and an on-call rota.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position is £24,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including a pension scheme. A clean driving license is also required for this role.
