Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Casual Conference Technician to join our team at Birmingham Repertory Theatre. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for productions, visiting companies, and conferences.

Responsibilities
• Installing, operating, and maintaining technical equipment for productions and events.
• Providing technical services to ensure efficient delivery of technical, maintenance, and operations tasks.
• Maintaining high standards of technical service delivery and efficiency in the workplace.
• Collaborating with the Production Team to plan and execute technical requirements for productions and events.

Requirements
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or related industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of staging, lighting, sound, and video equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.

What We Offer
A competitive hourly rate of £12, plus enhanced rate of £12.71 for duty technician roles. Opportunity to work on a variety of productions and events, collaborating with experienced professionals in the industry.
