Job Summary:
Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs, and advocating for our beneficiaries worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist for Middle East to join our team based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and adequate support to different departments to a satisfactory standard.
- Complete and run day-to-day projects as and when required.
- Oversee financial expenditure budgets and documents upon request and provide relevant reports and corrections.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide comprehensive administrative services and customer service in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Manage health and safety, including minimizing security threats, reporting all incidents/hazards, and logging health and safety information.
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in administration or business or equivalent.
- Or GCSE Maths and English with college-level education.
- 6-12 months experience in a similar role, minimum.
- Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office.
- Must be fluent in Reading/Writing and Speaking Arabic. English in Writing/Speaking is required.
