About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst and Tender Support Specialist to join our European Back Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing public and private tenders, analyzing data, and supporting sales teams with CRM management and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire activation cycle of tenders, from research to documentation management and preparation of administrative documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers and other stakeholders to develop tender response strategies and create comprehensive bid packages.
  • Support Sales teams with data and CRM management, creating ad hoc analysis through different tools.
  • Extract and elaborate data related to service parameters and communicate them to different partners.
  • Perform various admin and project management tasks according to the level of experience.
Requirements
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Higher education and/or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, expertise in Microsoft Office and Power Bi.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a preferential requirement.
