About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst and Tender Support professional to join our European Back Office team at Agilent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing public and private tenders, supporting sales teams with data analysis, compliance tasks, and CRM management, and developing tender response strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire tender activation cycle, from research to documentation management, and preparation of administrative documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers and stakeholders to develop tender response strategies and create comprehensive bid packages.
  • Support sales teams with data and CRM management, creating ad-hoc analysis using Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • Evaluate third-party services and solutions to ensure optimal vendor selection, in compliance with Agilent parameters and local legislation.
  • Extract and elaborate data related to service parameters and communicate them to different partners.
  • Contribute to the analysis and evaluation of business data and strategy, and support the development and management of sales platforms and tools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tender management, sales support, and business analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
