Role Overview:
As a Team Facilitator at Enable Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with service users, their families and carers to develop and implement personalized support plans that promote independence, empowerment and choice.

Responsibilities:
• Support service users to develop and maintain life skills, such as cooking, cleaning and personal care
• Assist service users to access community resources and activities, promoting social inclusion and participation
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice

Salary Information:
