Job Title: Property Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum


About the Job:

This Property Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to work in our Lettings team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing efficient and accurate administrative and day-to-day management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient and accurate administrative and day-to-day management
  • Comply with up-to-date lettings legislation and best practice procedures, referring to the Team Manager as necessary
  • Act as central contact for landlords, tenants, and S&P team members during active tenancies
  • Provide excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and internal team members
  • Check invoices and authorise payment within 48 hours of receipt in the office
  • Perform property visits using Peach software during active tenancies
  • Sending visit reports to landlords and managing issues resulting from the visit
  • Ensure both Landlord and Tenant comply with statutory and contractual obligations as per the tenancy agreement
