The Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. is looking for an experienced Administrative and Financial Coordinator to join their team in Southeast London.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and financial support to the Housing Solutions Business Unit, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to service delivery.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Provide administrative and financial support, including managing filing systems and using the SAP financial system.
  3. Support senior management with logging, tracking, and responding to inquiries and correspondence.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with fraud prevention.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in office administration, managing financial processes, and using computerised financial systems. You should also be able to maintain accurate records, manage databases, and produce financial and performance reports.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £16+ph, negotiable based on experience, and a contract type of 3-6 months minimum with a high likelihood of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
